YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a candidate for the Tableau Administrator position who is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in managing Tableau Server, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance optimization. They should possess a strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of Windows systems and the AWS platform, along with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with end-users and the business team. Additionally, the candidate should be proactive in implementing security best practices and conducting user interactive sessions and presentations.

YOUR PROJECT

Insights & Data practice delivers cutting-edge data centric solutions.

Most of our projects are Cloud & Big Data engineering. We develop solutions to process large, also unstructured, datasets, with dedicated Cloud Data services on Snowflake, AWS, Azure or GCP.

We are responsible for full SDLC of the solution: apart from using data processing tools (e.g., ETL), we code a lot in Python, Scala or Java and use DevOps tools and best practices. The data is either exposed to downstream systems via API, outbound interfaces or visualized on reports and dashboards.

Within our AI CoE we deliver Data Science and Machine Learning projects with focus on NLP, Anomaly Detection and Computer Vision.

Additionally, we are exploring the area of Quantum Computing, searching for practical growth opportunities for both us and our clients.

Currently, over 250 of our Data Architects, Engineers and Scientists work on exciting projects for over 30 clients from different sectors (Financial Services, Logistics, Automotive, Telco and others).

YOUR TASKS

• Tableau server administration (Upgrade of versions, application migration etc.)
• Trouble shooting and managing incidents (End-user requests)
• Perform regular system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal downtime
• Conduct all performance tuning and management on the Tableau server environment. Review and optimize all server and data source parameters. This includes monitoring server activity/usage statistics for performance optimization and being proactive in alerting issues.
• Ability to understand networking communications in AWS Platform is must.
• Create and manage site users and groups, projects, and workbooks. Assign permissions to allow users to access the content they have access to view.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the Tableau system architecture, configurations, upgrades, and processes (platform sizing, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, etc)
• Implement security best practices, including SSL encryption, SAML authentication, security vulnerabilities and applying patches.
• Ability to conduct user interactive sessions and presentations is must.

YOUR PROFILE

• • Experience in leading/supporting Tableau Server and Tableau Clients deployment, upgrade and routine maintenance
  • Windows and Windows Server knowledge
  • AWS experience (Tableau is working on AWS cloud)
  • Network knowledges (e.g. firewall, port)
  • Experience in writing technical and end user documentation
  • Experience with software testing and testing processes at least as seniority level 1
  • Experience working with ITSM
  • Experience with adjusting and executing Terraform scripts
  • Experience with executing CD pipelines with Gitlab
  • Very good command of English
