Supply Planning Team Manager (Late Shift)

Your role
Your tasks
- Lead and develop the end-to-end planning team, ensuring strong performance, capability growth, and high-quality delivery.
- Manage team workload, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure smooth day-to-day planning operations.
- Oversee end-to-end supply planning, including creation of Master Production Schedule (MPS) and capacity plans validated against constraints.
- Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) cycles, ensuring accurate scenarios and alignment with business goals.
- Own and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), leading performance reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement actions.
- Ensure high standards of planning quality, data accuracy, and compliance with governance processes.
- Act as the main escalation point for supply risks, capacity constraints, and material shortages, ensuring quick resolution through cross-functional collaboration.
- Work closely with commercial, procurement, operations, and global planning teams, represent supply planning in key forums, and drive strategic initiatives as Business Process Owner (BPO), including standardisation and best practice adoption.
Your profile
- Readiness to work late shifts (8 hours between 8AM - 4PM and 4 PM – 12 AM).
- 8–10 years of experience in supply chain planning (including supply planning, production planning, or Sales and Operations Planning / Integrated Business Planning), ideally in fast-moving consumer goods or complex global organisations.
- Proven experience in leading planning teams, driving performance, team development, and engagement.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply planning processes, including Master Production Schedule (MPS), capacity planning, and scenario planning.
- Good understanding of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP), with ability to lead cross-functional planning cycles and decision-making meetings.
- Experience in managing supply risks, solving complex planning challenges, and ensuring continuity of supply across networks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), root cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in planning systems (such as SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP), Advanced Planning and Optimisation (SAP APO), or Blue Yonder) and advanced skills in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI; knowledge of SQL and data systems is an advantage).
- Ability to work across teams and influence senior stakeholders, combined with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, high ownership, and fluency in English.
