SharePoint Developer

Your role

As a SharePoint Developer, you design, maintain, and enhance enterprise collaboration platforms across on-premises and Microsoft 365 environments. You combine development expertise with platform administration to deliver stable, scalable, and secure solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you resolve complex technical challenges and contribute to modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives that support business-critical collaboration and document management capabilities.

Your project

Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice delivers intelligent, human-centered solutions for global enterprises and public sector organizations. You'll work in empowered Agile squads, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications- from architecture to deployment- in a culture built on feedback and continuous learning. 

Your tasks

• provide 3rd line support for complex SharePoint issues;
• develop and maintain SharePoint solutions (on-prem & Online); 
• support upgrades and migration activities;
• ensure platform availability and performance; 
• collaborate on collaboration and document solutions; 
• contribute to automation and optimization initiatives.  

Your profile

• strong experience with SharePoint Server (2019+) and SharePoint Online; 
• solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem;
• experience in enterprise-level troubleshooting;
• knowledge of SharePoint development and architecture; 
• familiarity with Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online;
• experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate); 
• exposure to AI / Copilot and modern workplace tools;
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
