Your role

As a Senior ServiceNow Architect, you will shape enterprise‑grade platform solutions that drive real business transformation. You will define architectural vision across ITSM and broader enterprise workflows, ensure alignment between business goals and technical design, and guide delivery teams in implementing scalable, secure and high‑performing ServiceNow solutions. Your expertise will influence platform strategy, solution quality, and the long‑term digital roadmap of international clients.

Your project

At Capgemini Poland’s Application Business Line (ABL), you will join one of the strongest Low‑Code Hubs in Poland, where over 400+ professionals work with platforms such as Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, Pega, SAP, and ServiceNow. You’ll contribute to international projects that accelerate application delivery, optimize business processes, and integrate systems seamlessly. This role offers an excellent starting point to build a future‑oriented career in digital solution development.

Your tasks

  • Define end‑to‑end architecture across business, information, systems and technology;
  • Design ServiceNow‑based enterprise workflows and ITSM solutions;
  • Provide consultancy to senior stakeholders and guide technical decisions;
  • Lead architectural governance and act as design authority;
  • Support bids, proposals and pre‑sales engagements;
  • Drive innovation and contribute to new digital solution offerings;
  • Support delivery of complex, large‑scale platform implementations.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions at scale;
  • Strong leadership and decision‑making skills in enterprise environments;
  • Ability to translate business needs into robust technical architecture;
  • Expertise across multiple ServiceNow suites (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, CSM);
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for senior stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of integration technologies (REST, SOAP, SSO, SAML);
  • Relevant certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA) are an advantage.
