Senior Workday Consultant

YOUR TEAM:

Package Based Services (PBS) area and help us shape and optimize HR processes for our clients using the Workday platform. Collaborating with the team, you will ensure that client requirements are met quickly and efficiently. Join us and contribute to further development and shaping of our future path.

YOUR TASKS:

  • providing guidance on the Workday platform and playing a key role in implementing, supporting, and enhancing Workday-based solutions. This involves preparing and leading workshops, configuring and testing solutions, and managing various routine tasks within this context;
  • assisting clients in optimizing their processes in Workday and provide proposals for improvements
  • conducting training sessions and offering support on processes and functions;  
  • together with the team, identifying and resolving technical issues. 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • university degree in areas such as Computer Science, Psychology or Human Resource Management;  
  • minimum of 3 years of experience as Workday Consultant (different modules);
  • good knowledge of HR processes and HR systems, with emphasis on the Workday platform;  
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills;  
  • very good knowledge of the English language;  
  • willingness to travel as required. 

NICE TO HAVE:

  • German language;
  • Workday Certificates (different modules).
