Senior Salesforce Business Analyst
Choosing Capgemini means choosing a company where you will be empowered to shape your career in the way you’d like, where you’ll be supported and inspired by a collaborative community of colleagues around the world, and where you’ll be able to reimagine what’s possible. Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.
Your role
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design, build, and evolve business-critical applications on the Salesforce platform for global enterprise clients. Your code will directly shape how thousands of end users interact with sales, service, and customer-facing processes every day. You will own technical decisions, mentor less experienced developers, and partner with architects, analysts, and client teams to turn complex business needs into clean, scalable solutions - including AI-driven features powered by Agentforce and Data Cloud.
Your project
Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice - one of the largest Salesforce delivery teams in Poland. We work across the full Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Industry Clouds) and deliver to clients from financial services, telco, utilities, manufacturing, retail, life sciences, and the public sector. Depending on your profile and preferences, you will be assigned to a project that best fits your skills and career goals.
We are hiring in Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, Warszawa, Katowice, Kraków, Opole and Lublin!
Your tasks
- designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows;
- architecting and implementing integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns);
- leading code reviews and establishing best practices to ensure high code quality and maintainability across the team;
- translating business requirements into technical designs in close cooperation with Business Analysts, Architects, and client stakeholders;
- building and extending features across core Salesforce clouds, with exposure to Agentforce and Data Cloud where applicable;
- setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, GitLab) and managing release processes;
- mentoring developers and sharing knowledge through our internal Salesforce Community;
- occasionally supporting technical pre-sales and solution shaping where your senior perspective adds value.
Your profile
- at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, ideally in enterprise-scale environments;
- strong proficiency in Apex, LWC (Aura as a plus), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and declarative configuration;
- solid experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; exposure to Experience Cloud or Data Cloud is a plus;
- hands-on experience or strong interest in Agentforce, Salesforce AI, and vibe coding / LLM-assisted development practices is a strong plus;
- knowledge of Salesforce Industries (former Vlocity) and OmniStudio - e.g., Communications, Energy & Utilities, Insurance, or Health — is nice to have;
- proven experience with REST/SOAP integrations and working knowledge of Git and CI/CD tooling (Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, GitLab or similar);
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; PD II or Application Architect strongly preferred;
- very good communication skills in English and ability to collaborate with international teams and clients.
