Senior SAP Consultant (Plant Maintenance)

Your role

As a Senior SAP PM/EAM Consultant, you’ll shape modern Plant Maintenance processes for global clients. You’ll lead key project phases, design scalable EAM solutions, and ensure seamless integration across the SAP landscape. Working with international teams, you will contribute to successful implementations, strengthen integration across SAP modules, and support clients in building reliable, future‑ready maintenance operations. 

Your project

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals. 

Your tasks

  • Leading and supporting SAP projects with a focus on the SAP PM module. 
  • Working closely with clients to analyze business requirements and develop tailored SAP PM solutions. 
  • Configuring and customizing the SAP PM module to ensure seamless implementation and integration with other SAP areas. 
  • Providing expert guidance across all project stages, including blueprinting, testing, go‑live, and hypercare. 
  • Delivering end‑user training and offering post‑go‑live support to ensure long‑term project success. 

Your profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in SAP PM implementation and support projects. 
  • Proven experience in end‑to‑end implementation, support, upgrade, or optimization initiatives. 
  • Strong proficiency in system configuration based on Solution Design, Configuration Workbooks, or Business Blueprint documentation. 
  • Skilled in preparing and executing Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Scripts. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in international environments. 
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of German will be considered an additional asset.
