Senior SAP Consultant (FICO)

Your role

As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you’ll play a key role in shaping modern Finance & Controlling landscapes for global clients. You’ll turn business needs into smart, future‑ready SAP solutions and guide teams through critical project decisions. This role also gives you the chance to grow your expertise in S/4HANA transformations- working with the newest finance innovations, best practices, and real impact on large‑scale digital journeys.

Your project

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals.

We are hiring in Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk i Warszawa.

Your tasks

• supporting, enhancing, and developing the SAP FI and CO modules for international clients;
• leading requirement analysis, advanced system configuration, and testing aligned with project and client standards;
• designing complex solution concepts and implementing approved changes in collaboration with stakeholders;
• working closely with developers to create and validate new functionalities and system improvements;
• cooperating with international teams and contributing to the delivery of global projects.

Your profile

• minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FICO, including hands‑on work in both implementation and support across FI and CO.
• deep knowledge of SAP Finance & Controlling processes and advanced configuration expertise.
• solid experience in business process analysis, optimization, and project coordination or management.
• team‑oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in international environments.
• familiarity with ABAP (a strong advantage).
• very good command of English or German (knowledge of both languages is considered a great advantage).
