Senior SAP APO/IBP Consultant

Your role

Become a part of a team of over 300 SAP specialists. Your tasks

• lead SAP APO implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and production support activities across supply chain planning functions;
• configure and support APO modules including: Demand Planning (DP), Integrated Demand Planning (IDP), Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), Global Available-to-Promise (GATP);
• serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert for SAP APO planning capabilities and related supply chain applications;
• support end-to-end Price Repository (PR) business processes, integrations, planning data management activities and Rulex application functionality, business processes, and system integrations;
• lead and support Cannibalizer analysis, including demand shaping, product substitution analysis, forecast adjustments, promotional impacts, and inventory optimization initiatives;
• support enterprise planning applications including APO IDP, APO DRP, Rulex, Price Repository (PR), Scrapp Application, and Cannibalizer solutions;
• collaborate with business stakeholders to identify forecasting trends, demand drivers, and opportunities for process improvement;
• support integration between SAP APO, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP BW, databases, and related enterprise applications.

Your profile

• 8+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience with strong expertise in SAP APO planning solutions;
• hands-on experience supporting Demand Planning (DP), Integrated Demand Planning (IDP), Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), Global Available-to-Promise (GATP);
• strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes including forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, supply planning, and production scheduling;
• proven experience supporting: End-to-end Price Repository (PR) application processes and integrations and End-to-end Rulex application functionality, administration, and business integration;
• deep expertise in Cannibalizer analysis, demand shaping, promotional forecasting, forecast consumption, and product substitution modeling;
• demonstrated ability to leverage cannibalization insights to improve forecast accuracy, inventory positioning, replenishment planning, and overall supply chain effectiveness;
• experience supporting and managing enterprise planning systems including APO IDP, APO DRP, Rulex, Price Repository, Scrapp Application, and Cannibalizer solutions;
• strong knowledge of planning data structures, forecasting methodologies, inventory optimization concepts, and planning analytics;
• experience integrating SAP APO with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP IBP, and related supply chain applications;
• exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve highly complex planning and forecasting challenges;
• strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence planning decisions and business outcomes.

Nice to have

• SAP APO and SAP IBP Certification;
• experience with SAP IBP Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response & Supply, and S&OP processes and supporting large-scale supply chain transformation and planning modernization initiatives;
• working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Planning capabilities;
• experience with advanced forecasting models, statistical forecasting, and demand planning methodologies;
• knowledge of ABAP debugging and technical troubleshooting;
• experience with SAP BW, reporting solutions, Operational Data Stores (ODS), and planning data architecture.
