Your role

As a Senior RPA Developer (Blue Prism), you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing automation solutions that improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with business and technical teams to understand processes, translate requirements into scalable Blue Prism workflows, and ensure high‑quality delivery. In this role, you will also support technical decision‑making, contribute to continuous improvement, and provide guidance to developers to maintain consistent standards across automation projects.

Your tasks

• Design and implement automation solutions using Blue Prism.
• Define technical requirements and ensure development aligns with best practices.
• Lead process analysis and translate business needs into scalable automation designs.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and support quality assurance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and lead technical discussions.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.

Your profile

• 2+ years of experience developing automation solutions using RPA platforms (preferably Blue Prism).
• Ability to design new automations and enhance existing ones.
• Strong technical skills enabling independent work across all development phases.
• Solid understanding of business processes and ability to convert them into automated solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical topics.
• Very good English skills, both spoken and written.
