About the role  
We are looking for a Senior Python Developer experienced in cloud native solutions and data driven architectures. You will design and build scalable backend services, develop data processing pipelines, and contribute to modern analytics platforms leveraging Azure and Databricks. You will work in Agile teams delivering high quality, production grade Python services used across enterprise environments.  

YOUR TASKS 

• Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Python.  
• Build and maintain cloud native microservices (Azure Functions, App Service, Kubernetes).  
• Develop robust ETL / ELT data pipelines leveraging Azure Databricks and distributed data frameworks.  
• Integrate and design REST APIs and data driven backend components.  
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and DevOps teams to shape end-to-end cloud solutions.  
• Write automated tests (unit/integration) and promote clean code practices (TDD a plus).  
• Contribute to architectural decisions, performance improvements, and code reviews.  

YOUR PROFILE  

• 7+ years of commercial Python development experience.  
• Strong experience with FastAPI / Flask / Django (multiple frameworks preferred).  
• Handson experience with Azure (Functions, AKS, App Service, Storage); AWS/GCP is a plus.  
• Experience with Databricks or similar data engineering platforms (Spark based pipelines).  
• Practical knowledge of microservices, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.  
• Strong SQL and NoSQL background (PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB, etc.).  
• Experience working with asynchronous programming (asyncio) and distributed systems.  
• Fluency in English.  

Nice to have  

• Experience with ML/AI integration.  
• Experience in event driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).  
• Knowledge of Databricks MLflow, Delta Lake, or Airflow.
