Senior HCM Consultant

YOUR TEAM:

We are looking for a candidate for the PBS - Package Based Services department. This is a constantly growing team of nearly 300 SAP specialists (55% developers/architects, 45% SAP consultants) working on over 40 projects for more than 20 big international clients from various industries. 

The PBS Consulting department focuses on every functional aspect of the SAP environment. Our role is to support the current business processes of our clients, their development, and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest SAP solutions. We also help our clients in the transformation to S/4HANA and in the integration of satellite systems. Our architects and senior consultants participate in the bidding process and the design of IT solutions for our customers. 

YOUR TASKS:

• actively support and develop the SAP HCM system for international clients;
• participate in requirements analysis, system configuration, and testing in accordance with client guidelines;
• develop concepts for new solutions and implement proposed changes agreed upon with the client;
• collaborate with programmers to develop and test new features and improvements;
• work closely with the international HCM team within our company.

YOUR PROFILE:

• minimum of 5 years of experience working with the SAP HCM system (PY, PA, PT, OM modules);
• very good understanding of payroll processing and personnel processes, configuration of schemas, and payroll calculation rule (knowledge of German-speaking countries' specifics is an additional asset);
• skills in configuring the system according to client expectations;
• analysis and resolution of errors related to personnel data and payroll processing;
• experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes and project management;
• good knowledge of English or German (proficiency in both languages is an additional asset);
• excellent communication skills;
• willingness for personal development and deepening knowledge in SAP HCM areas;

NICE TO HAVE:

• familiarity with ABAP;
• knowledge of SAP ILM.
