Scrum Master with German

YOUR TEAM/ PROJECT:

Our development teams build and develop software based on the maximum and intelligent use of Java technology. We support world leaders in the automotive, manufacturing, commercial, distribution, telecommunications, energy and public sectors.  

We cooperate with experienced experts from all over the world, which provides a wide opportunity to deepen technical and business knowledge. It also allows you to acquire professional programming competences while maintaining the Clean Code principle. 

YOUR TASKS:

• shaping self-management and interdisciplinarity of the team, helping the team to focus on producing valuable elements of the product, removing barriers, and caring for constructive SCRUM ceremonies;
• managing the backlog taking care of an empirical approach to work planning and supporting stakeholders;
• work in an international team based on agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe®) and the professional Software Delivery Life Cycle process;
• cooperation with other departments in the company.

YOUR PROFILE:

• at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in projects related to delivering software to foreign clients;
• practical experience with the Software Delivery Lifecycle, understanding of technical and business concepts in this cycle;
• practical knowledge of SCRUM, Kanban and @Scale frameworks;
• knowledge of agile methodologies at the level of several teams;
• broad moderation and facilitation skills supported by practical experience;
• highly developed interpersonal and communication skills - both in communication with the client and the development team;
• mentoring skills - not only towards other Scrumasters but also for clients when transforming or developing agile approach;
• constructive and proactive approach to solving problems;
• fluent German language skills and communicative English language skills;
• certifications in the field of agile methodologies are welcome.
