Scrum Master (with German)

Your role
In this role, you will be responsible for team’s effectiveness. Mainly act as a coach for the team, removing impediments and facilitate events. You will have real impact on team’s performance.
Your tasks
- You will act as a leader, role model supporting team and Product Owner.
- Develop self-management and interdisciplinary teamwork focusing on producing valuable elements, removing barriers and ensuring adherence to defined scrum ceremonies.
- You will be responsible for identifying team needs and provide needed support.
Your profile
- Practical experience in managing team as a Scrum Master or Team Leader in IT systems development.
- You have knowledge and practical experience in agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- You know software development cycle.
- You are a person with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent German as a must.
