YOUR TEAM/ PROJECT:

We change the world using technology, providing software that you use when driving a car, crossing borders safely in Europe or receiving a shipment of clothes from your favorite brand.  

We are diverse and stable - we cooperate with international clients from the Automotive, Retail, Manufacturing, Energy, Life Science, Logistics, Transport and Public Services industries and offer extensive development opportunities for developers, architects, business analysts, project managers and agile experts.  

We use modern tools and frameworks to design and implement cloud ready systems, custom Java and .NET projects and GenAI solutions.

YOUR TASKS:

  • You will act as a leader, role model supporting team and Product Owner;

  • Develop self-management and interdisciplinary teamwork focusing on producing valuable elements, removing barriers and ensuring adherence to defined scrum ceremonies;

  • You will be responsible for identifying team needs and provide needed support. 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Practical experience in managing team as a Scrum Master or Team Leader in IT systems development;
  • You have knowledge and practical experience in agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
  • You know software development cycle;
  • You are a person with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent German as a must.
