SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

YOUR TEAM:

We are looking for a candidate for the PBS - Package Based Services department. This is a constantly growing team of nearly 300 SAP specialists (55% developers/architects, 45% SAP consultants) working on over 40 projects for more than 20 big international clients from various industries. 

The PBS Consulting department focuses on every functional aspect of the SAP environment. Our role is to support the current business processes of our clients, their development, and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest SAP solutions. We also help our clients in the transformation to S/4HANA and in the integration of satellite systems. Our architects and senior consultants participate in the bidding process and the design of IT solutions for our customers. 

YOUR TASKS:

• support and development of the SAP SuccessFactors system for international customers 
• participate in the analysis the of requirements, configuration and testing of the system in accordance with the customer's guidelines; 
• create concepts of new solutions and implement the changes proposed and agreed with the client; 
• working closely with our company's international SuccessFactors team; 
• cooperate with developers to develop and test significant new functionality and enhancements; 
• organization of training sessions for client employees on SAP SuccessFactors solutions;  
• preparation of presentation materials for workshops with the client. 

YOUR PROFILE;

• minimum 2 years of experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors system (including functional knowledge, implementation and application support experience); 
• experience in analysis and optimisation of business processes in SAP SuccessFactors and project management; 
• possession of valid SAP SuccessFactors certifications in various modules; 
• very good knowledge English or German (knowledge of both languages will be asset); 
• very good communication skills.
