YOUR TEAM/ PROJECT:

By joining the team as an SAP Go to Market Leader, you will be part of a group responsible for shaping the strategy for SAP services and product development. With our planned expansion, we want you to help build a dedicated team of Solution Architects whose goal will be to respond to RFPs from our global clients and external Capgemini partners. You will influence the proposed solutions that support our clients' digital transformation using tools from the broad SAP portfolio, AI, and Capgemini’s offerings.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Drive business growth by acquiring new service projects.
  • Define scope, design processes, and calculate costs for future SAP solution projects. Collaborate with the bid team to prepare and present proposals to external clients.
  • Develop and lead a team of Solution Architects supporting global clients in their transition to S/4HANA.
  • Organize workshops focused on technical requirements for upcoming projects with Capgemini partners.
  • Use your exceptional functional knowledge and SAP expertise to help clients solve business challenges with the most suitable and innovative SAP tools.
  • Act as the key business and functional expert, bridging consultants, external clients, and all project stakeholders.
  • Lead the SAP consulting team, fostering competence development and team growth.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Several years of project experience in SAP as an Architect, Lead Consultant, or Project/Department Manager.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and their mapping in S/4HANA.
  • Strong knowledge of the SAP solution portfolio.
  • Awareness of new SAP products, including industry-specific solutions.
  • Excellent command of English and/or German.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience in S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
  • Strong communication and high-level presentation skills.
