Your role

Are you a Senior SAP Developer or Technical Consultant ready to take the next step towards Technical Architecture? 

We are looking for an experienced SAP technology professional with a strong development background and a passion for innovation, cloud technologies, and Artificial Intelligence.  

In this role, you will combine hands-on expertise in SAP development with exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Joule, SAP Business AI, and Generative AI solutions. You will work on complex international projects, contribute to architecture decisions, and help clients modernize their SAP landscapes. With access to experienced architects, cutting-edge technologies, and continuous learning opportunities, you will accelerate your growth towards becoming an SAP Technical Architect and a trusted advisor for intelligent enterprise solutions.

Your project

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals. 

Your tasks

  • Design and develop enterprise SAP solutions using ABAP and modern SAP technologies. 
  • Contribute to technical architecture and solution design across complex SAP landscapes. 
  • Explore and implement SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, and GenAI capabilities. 
  • Support integrations, extensions, and clean-core development strategies. 
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders on global projects. 
  • Participate in innovation initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and technology assessments. 
  • Mentor less experienced developers and promote engineering best practices. 
  • Continuously develop your technical and architectural expertise through real project experience. 

Your profile

  • Extensive experience in SAP development, ideally as a Senior Developer or Senior Technical Consultant. 
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP and modern SAP development approaches. 
  • Good understanding of SAP architecture, integrations, and development best practices. 
  • Experience with or interest in SAP BTP, cloud technologies, and application extensions. 
  • Passion for Generative AI, SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, and emerging technologies. 
  • Knowledge of RAP, CAP, Fiori/UI5, SAP Integration Suite, or related SAP technologies is an advantage. 
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Fluent English; German will be considered a strong asset.
