Your role
As an RPA Engineer/Consultant, you will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and other RPA platforms, integrating them with various systems and APIs. You’ll build intelligent automations that leverage Agentic Automation and AI-driven components, create Python-based automation and data-processing workflows, and ensure scalability, maintainability, and security across delivered solutions. You will also perform testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and support stakeholders in defining optimal automation strategies.
Working with diverse and technically advanced solutions will allow you to build strong relationships with clients and continuously grow your expertise. You will be part of highly self‑organizing, independent teams that operate in agile and lean engineering environments, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
Your project:
Application Development & Maintenance (ADM Center) provides comprehensive end-to-end IT services from business specification, through software development, implementation, to application maintenance using leading it technologies and management methods.
We enthusiastically institute solutions in the fields of DevOps, SRE, low-code, broadly understood Automation and AI.
Your tasks:
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and other RPA platforms, integrating with diverse systems and APIs.
- Build intelligent automations leveraging Agentic Automation principles and AI-driven components.
- Develop Python-based solutions for automation, data processing, and AI workflows; contribute to reusable libraries and frameworks.
- Apply best practices and recognized frameworks to ensure scalability, maintainability, and security of automation solutions.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of developed solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, propose optimal automation strategies, and support decision-making.
- Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve existing automations and AI models.
Your profile:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of experience with UiPath or other RPA technologies, including design and deployment of complex automations.
- Hands-on experience in Python development (automation scripts, AI/ML workflows); familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or AI frameworks is a plus.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming in languages such as Java, C#, Golang, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of Agentic Automation concepts and ability to integrate AI components into automation workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business processes into technical solutions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English B2 or higher).
- Basic understanding of business processes and their optimization through automation.
