Quality Inspector (on site)

Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the proper handling, storage, and transportation of critical turbine components, with a strong emphasis on rotor blades. The purpose of this project is to monitor, inspect, and report on the handling, storage, and transportation of critical components, with a particular focus on rotor blades. The purpose of this project is to monitor, inspect, and report on the handling, storage, and transportation of critical components on site in Świnoujście port.

Your Tasks

• Monitor all handover operations of turbine components (primarily blades) and verifying compliance with client transport manuals. 
• Document cargo conditions through comprehensive reporting, photography, and video recording. 
• Execute authority to stop operations on behalf of client when deviations are identified and provide immediate escalation per established communication matrices. 
• Conducting factory, yard, and port checks according to the control plan and work instructions for various blade models. 
• Inspecting incoming tooling and equipment in yards/ports and reporting any potential issues or deviations. 
• Overseeing the unloading, loading, and relocation of blades, accompanied by the preparation of comprehensive documentation and transport checklists 

Your Profile

• Willingness to perform duties both in the field and in an office environment. 
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection within industrial, logistics, or production environments. 
• Ability to monitor and oversee loading, unloading, and storage operations and working with control plans/instructions. 
• Strong skills in reporting, completing checklists, and creating photo/video documentation.  
• Attention to detail, responsibility, independence, and readiness to work in changing outdoor/industrial environments. 
• Knowledge of English language at communicative B2 level.
