Platform Engineer (Openshift, RedHat)

Your role:
As an OpenShift Platform Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage OpenShift clusters across various environments, ensuring their performance, scalability, security, and reliability. You’ll support cloud and hybrid environments, build and automate CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to maintaining stable production operations. Your work will help streamline platform automation and enhance the quality of cloud environments.
Working with diverse and technically advanced solutions will allow you to build strong relationships with clients and continuously grow your expertise. You will be part of highly self‑organizing, independent teams that operate in agile and lean engineering environments, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
Your project:
Application Development & Maintenance (ADM Center) provides comprehensive end-to-end IT services from business specification, through software development, implementation, to application maintenance using leading it technologies and management methods.
We enthusiastically institute solutions in the fields of DevOps, SRE, low code, broadly understood Automation and AI.
Your tasks:
- Design, implement, and manage OpenShift clusters across multiple environments.
- Monitor and maintain cloud environments in production.
- Optimize the performance and scalability of cloud environments.
- Ensure the quality and security of cloud environments.
Your profile:
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Practical knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift, including scaling, security and environment management.
- Ability to build and automate CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong Linux system administration skills and experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
- Proficiency in scripting and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform).
- Strong teamwork and version control practices, ideally supported by relevant platform or Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Fluent Polish — required; German language skills will be an advantage.
