Penetration Tester

Your role

Penetration Tester plays a critical role in protecting client systems and strengthening Capgemini’s security capabilities. Within projects, the role identifies vulnerabilities through penetration testing, code reviews, and security analysis, then provides clear recommendations to improve system resilience. At company level, it supports delivery of secure, trusted solutions, enhances Capgemini’s cybersecurity expertise, and helps clients reduce risk across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments through proactive security testing.

Your tasks

• Conducts penetration and security testing across applications and infrastructure.
• Identifies vulnerabilities through testing and code/configuration reviews.
• Produces clear, actionable reports.
• Participates in scoping meetings.
• Supports risk reduction and strengthens client trust.
