PMO Lead (with German)

Your role

The PMO Lead drives effective project governance and ensures consistent delivery standards across the organization. This role oversees PMO processes, engages closely with leadership, and provides strategic guidance to project teams. By fostering transparency, enabling data‑driven decisions, and optimizing ways of working, the PMO Lead strengthens project performance and alignment with business goals. Their influence directly shapes operational excellence and contributes to the long‑term success of key initiatives.

Your project

We invite you to join our PMO team. Our Team is part of the Application Development and Maintenance Practice in Poland, with headquarters in Wrocław, Poznań and Gdańsk. We are an ever-growing group of specialists for whom Project Management has become a true passion. We support our clients in the areas of, among other, financial analysis, administration, process flow control and communication flow control.

Your tasks

• ensuring correct and timely settlement of the project;
• preparing of project calculations and financial forecasts, reports, summaries and presentations for project purposes;
• identification of deviations from the budget plan and their analysis;
• cooperation with other company units (including the finance and accounting departments).

Your profile

• minimum one year of experience in a similar position (experience in controlling will be an additional asset);
• preferred experience in leading small to medium-sized teams;
• analytical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and quick decision-making;
• very good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• very good knowledge of German (B2/C1), both spoken and written, and good communication skills in English (B2);
• very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
• minimum Bachelor’s degree (economic education preferred).
