Your role

We invite you to join our PMO team. Our Team is part of the Application Development and Maintenance Practice in Poland, with headquarters in Wrocław, Poznań and Gdańsk. We are an ever-growing group of specialists for whom Project Management has become a true passion. We support our clients in the areas of, among other, financial analysis, administration, process flow control and communication flow control.

Your tasks

• supporting the Project Management Office in daily tasks and monitoring time tracking records;
• assisting in the preparation of project reports, summaries, analyses, and presentations;
• creating and overseeing invoices;
• managing the workflow of project documentation and archiving documents;
• providing administrative support for the project.

Your profile

• fluency in German, both spoken and written (B2), and a communicative level of English (B1);
• basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• analytical thinking skills;
• diligent, detail-oriented, motivated, disciplined, and highly-organized.
