Join our Insights & Data team, a community of over 400 professionals delivering impactful, data-driven solutions. We specialize in building scalable cloud-native data architectures and pipelines that power analytics and machine learning across various industries. Our work spans the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), using modern data frameworks, agile practices, and DevOps principles.

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Operations Specialist to support I&D Poland organization. In this role, you will provide analytical, reporting, and operational support across a variety of internal processes. You will work closely with staffing, engagement management, and controlling teams to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and timely delivery of key reports. 

This position is ideal for someone who is datasavvy, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fastpaced corporate environment. 

YOUR TASKS

• Provide operational and analytical support to I&D Poland organization. 
• Collaborate with the I&D Staffing Managers and Engagement Managers on project codes, rolloffs, and deployment updates. 
• Monitor Replicon reporting accuracy and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the controlling team. 
• Ensure One Pagers in WHOZ tools and SharePoint remain up to date and aligned with staffing changes. 
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. 
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearend closing activities. 
• Refresh and validate I&D dashboards daily, reporting any inconsistencies or data issues. 
• Contribute to financial analysis and databased tasks, providing inputs for decisionmaking 

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid reporting, analytical, and problemsolving skills. 
• Forecasting skills, including understanding of drivers, variances, and trend analysis. 
• Excellent communication abilities and a positive, proactive attitude. 
• Comfort with repetitive or routine tasks while maintaining high quality and accuracy. 
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (mandatory). 
• Strong planning, organization, and timemanagement capabilities. 
• Ability to quickly learn and work with corporate reporting tools and internal systems. 
• Knowledge of budget management, analytics, or related financial domains is an advantage. 
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
