Middleware Architect (Boomi, MuleSoft, Kubernetes, SOA)

Your role

As a Middleware Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving the integration landscape for a leading consulting client. You will architect and deliver enterprise-grade middleware and runtime solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments, ensuring scalability, resilience, and operational excellence. Working with technologies such as Boomi, MuleSoft, and Kubernetes, you will provide architectural leadership, drive technology strategy, and establish best practices across integration platforms. In close collaboration with distributed teams in Poland and the UK, you will help transform complex business requirements into robust, future-ready solutions.

We are hiring in Poznań, Wrocław, Warszawa Gdańsk, Opole, Kraków and Katowice!

Your tasks

• design, develop, and optimize scalable, secure integration solutions across cloud and hybrid environments;
• define and enforce architecture, quality, security, and governance standards for integration platforms;
• automate deployment pipelines and provide technical leadership to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture;
• evaluate and leverage AI-driven capabilities to enhance integration design, monitoring, and operational efficiency.

Your profile

• at least 2 years of experience with integration platforms, middleware solutions, or API-based integrations;
• hands-on knowledge of Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar iPaaS platforms, including SOA, ESB, integration patterns, REST APIs, and workflow orchestration;
• experience with application runtime platforms and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes;
• strong communication and collaboration skills, fluent English, and an interest in using AI-assisted tools to improve automation, solution quality, and delivery efficiency.
