Your role

As a Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer, you sit at the intersection of enterprise engineering and intelligent automation. You contribute to the design and delivery of Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 solutions — integrating AI capabilities that drive measurable business impact for global clients. Your technical decisions directly shape Capgemini's Microsoft CX practice and the digital experiences of millions of end users.

Your project

Capgemini's Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice delivers intelligent, human-centered solutions for global enterprises and public sector organizations. You'll work in empowered Agile teams, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications — from architecture to deployment — in a culture built on feedback and continuous learning.

Your tasks

• Delivery of Copilot Studio, Power Platform & Dynamics 365 solutions within Agile teams
• Design and implement AI-powered experiences using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft Foundry
• Extend the platform capabilities through advanced and pro-code customization (custom connectors, REST APIs in Azure)
• Champion CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Collaborate with Architects and Functional Consultants to shape the right solution approach

Your profile

• Hands-on with Copilot Studio and Power Platform
• Proficient in C#, and JavaScript/TypeScript; comfortable with PowerShell/Bash and Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep/ARM/Terraform)
• Some experience with Azure Integration services — Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management
• Microsoft certifications (AB-100, AB-620, PL-600, PL-400, AZ-204, AI-102) are a strong plus
• Translates complex business needs into scalable solutions, balancing configuration vs. customization trade-offs with a cost/value mindset
• Analytical and adaptable — follows the Microsoft roadmap closely and thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving delivery environments
• Influences technical direction across cross-functional teams and communicates with confidence to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
