Your role
As a Mendix Architect, you will play a key leadership role in designing enterprise‑grade low‑code solutions that drive digital transformation for international clients. You will define the overall application architecture, ensure alignment with enterprise standards, and guide development teams in delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable Mendix applications.

Your project
Capgemini Poland’s Application Business Line (ABL) runs one of the strongest Low-Code Hub in Poland – a place where experienced engineers, architects, and curious minds come together to reshape how software is created.
With over 400+ professionals, we drive digital transformation by building deep expertise across a wide range of low‑code technologies, working with platforms such as Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, Pega, SAP. ServiceNow, and more.
We enable businesses to deliver solutions that accelerate application development, streamline workflows, integrate systems seamlessly, and drive innovation.
Your tasks
- Implementation of Mendix platform;
- Design, creation and development of applications and business models on the Mendix platform;
- Provide top level business and technology architecture consultancy services to our clients;
- Provide input to the design of Mendix based solutions as a Mendix Lead Consultant;
- Testing and solving problems related to applications and application integrations created in the Mendix platform;
- Cooperation with business and technical analysts and the testing team to guarantee code quality in accordance with best practices
Your profile
- Mendix Advanced Developer certificate (Mendix Expert Developer certificate will be an additional advantage);
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in working with the Mendix platform;
- Ability to translate software specification requirements into a functional application prototype using the Mendix platform;
- Experience as an application developer with knowledge of Java, HTML, JavaScript, Micro services, Relational Databases, Integrations (e.g., REST, SOAP), etc;
- Experience working in project teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum);
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level (German language will be an additional advantage)
