Your role

As a Looker Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the organization’s data ecosystem by building scalable data models, maintaining Looker infrastructure, and ensuring high‑quality analytics delivery. You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to transform business needs into actionable insights, drive data accessibility, and enhance decision‑making across teams. Your expertise will help optimize Looker performance, improve data reliability and support the ongoing evolution of our analytics capabilities.

Your tasks

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Looker models, views, and dashboards, ensuring data quality, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, SQL, and LookML, as well as experience in a similar role.

• Develop and maintain Looker models, views, and dashboards, also maintaing Looker admin functionalities, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into Looker features
• Write complex LookML code to model and manipulate data in Looker
• Create and maintain documentation for Looker projects
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance in Looker
• Stay up-to-date with Looker releases and new features.

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in a Looker Developer and Admin 
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling
• Experience with LookML and Looker development Tools
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
