Junior Supply Chain Planner (Late Shifts)

Your role
As a Junior Planner, you support Global Delivery Centre‑led projects and cross‑functional initiatives with significant business impact. You assist Senior Planners in implementing and improving processes while acting as a knowledge resource for the Planning team. The role focuses on maintaining high customer satisfaction, service levels, and optimal stock levels. You manage operational planning tasks by balancing supply and demand, analyzing data, monitoring forecasts and sales trends, and resolving short‑ to mid‑term availability and stock issues. You also identify root causes of supply chain problems and drive long‑term improvements. This role operates in a 2-shift model, with working hours: 08:00 – 16:00 and 16:00 – 24:00.
Your tasks
- Support end‑to‑end planning processes (Demand, Supply, DRP, Production)
- Plan stock replenishment and ensure product availability across international markets
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess stock
- Analyze demand vs. supply gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with global stakeholders (Demand Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Delivery teams)
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field)
- Initial experience in supply chain, logistics, or data analysis is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Good command of English (min. B2)
- Knowledge of SAP, APO, or BI tools is an advantage
