Junior Business Analyst in Finance (with English)

Your role

As a Junior Business Analyst in Finance, you will support the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, helping translate business needs into clear functional specifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, participate in Agile projects, contribute to process and data analysis, and support the delivery of technology-driven solutions while developing your business and technical analysis expertise.

Your tasks

• Support business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Participate in stakeholder workshops and requirements refinement sessions.
• Maintain project documentation, including user stories and process specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, QA, and Product Owners.
• Analyze business processes, data flows, and data mappings.
• Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Work with international teams and continuously develop Business Analysis expertise.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Fluent English (B2+).
• Strong interest in business analysis at the intersection of business and technology.
• Motivation to develop system analysis, technical, and AI-related skills.
• Ability to create clear business documentation, including requirements and user stories.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, and prototyping/mockup tools.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to leverage AI in daily work.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence; basic programming, cloud (Azure/AWS), and additional language skills are a plus.
