Your team
We invite you to join our Talent Acquisition Team. Recruitment plays a crucial role in the success of any organization, as it focuses on attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent who contribute to the company’s growth.
Our recruitment team provides end‑to‑end support throughout the entire hiring process, ensuring each stage is handled with care and professionalism. We collaborate with experienced experts from around the world, offering a wide range of learning and development opportunities.
Your tasks
- Providing administrative support, including recruitment-related activities performed within recruitment tools.
- Coordinating the recruitment process and document flow
- Screening of candidates applications.
- Conducting preliminary candidate interviews with language verification
- Representing the company at external events, such as job fairs.
Your profile
- Student in the final years of higher education.
- Very good command of German and English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong self‑organization skills.
- High level of professionalism
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
