Your role
Open to students and early‑career engineers. Hybrid work from Gdańsk, Poznań or Wrocław.
You’ll join client project teams working in an AI‑native environment, where AI agents are part of the everyday SDLC. From day one, you’ll use AI‑assisted development and collaborate with AI tools to build solutions. With support from your team, you’ll stay close to the client’s actual problem working on real business problems — contributing to backend (e.g., Python, Java), full‑stack development, and system integrations, depending on the project.
Your tasks
- Work in client project teams where AI agents are part of the everyday SDLC.
- Build software using AI‑assisted development.
- Contribute to the development of solutions addressing real business problems, supported by your team, including backend (e.g., Python) or full‑stack development, REST APIs, and integrations, with mentoring from experienced software engineers.
- Use and coordinate AI agents to complete well‑scoped tasks.
- Ensure quality by validating and improving AI‑generated output by using e.g. evals to verify correctness, be able to refine, reject or improve the agents’ output.
Your profile
- Curiosity, initiative and willingness to solve real business problems with support from the team.
- Basic programming skills in Python or another language (Java, C#, JS/TypeScript), plus familiarity with REST APIs and OOP concepts.
- Interest in AI-assisted development, including tools such as GitHub Copilot or AI agents.
- Basic understanding of how LLMs work, where they may fail, and ability to validate AI-generated output.
- English at B2+ level, spoken and written.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of databases, cloud services or modern development environments, such as GitHub or CI/CD.
- Interest in GenAI concepts such as RAG, embeddings or prompt engineering.
- Any practical project experience, such as a side project, hackathon, open-source contribution or university project.
