Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.
Your role
Low-code is a fast-growing, future-shaping technology that lets you build real applications visually. It turns problem-solvers, analysts, and creative thinkers into makers by using intuitive drag-and-drop tools to deliver solutions at high speed. Because it focuses on logic, collaboration, and understanding business processes, it’s an ideal starting point even for people who aren’t traditional developers. All you need is curiosity, analytical thinking, and a drive to learn. If you're looking for an exciting, accessible way to launch your career in digital development, low-code is the perfect path.
As an Intern Low-Code Consultant, you will start your journey in this growing technology area by learning how to design and configure low-code applications. This entry-level role combines structured onboarding, hands-on learning, and real project work, with close support from experienced consultants and developers.
Your project

With over 400+ professionals, we drive digital transformation by building deep expertise across a wide range of low-code technologies, working with platforms such as Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, Pega, SAP. ServiceNow, and more.
We enable businesses to deliver solutions that accelerate application development, streamline workflows, integrate systems seamlessly, and drive innovation.
Your tasks
- You will create low‑code solutions by configuring process logic, forms, and business rules, supporting international projects for large organizations, with guidance from experienced team members.
- You will work in a highly agile, collaborative team, delivering solutions iteratively and adapting quickly to change.
- You will verify and validate implemented solutions, identify issues, and support troubleshooting activities.
- You will document your work and decisions to ensure clarity, quality, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- You will continuously learn and develop your low code skills through hands on practice, internal training and project assignments.
Your profile
- You demonstrate analytical, process‑oriented thinking and enjoy understanding how things work end to end.
- You can explain complex ideas clearly, listen actively, and manage expectations in a pragmatic way.
- You take ownership of your work, care about quality, and are eager to learn and grow.
- You communicate confidently in English, while German proficiency is major plus for this role.
- No prior low‑code or programming experience is required – we will support your learning from the ground up.
Your development path
During your first months, you will learn a specific low‑code platform step by step, combining self‑learning materials with hands‑on guidance from experienced colleagues. You will gradually start supporting real project work, beginning with well‑defined tasks that allow you to learn fast and build confidence. Over time, you will take on more responsibility within the team, contributing to the design, configuration, and improvement of business processes. Your development will be closely supported through regular feedback, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with consultants and developers around you.
