Implementation Specialist with German

YOUR TASKS

• Liaise with the hotel management team about remote/onsite activities, schedules, and trainings
• Perform system issue resolution by collaborating with the support teams (internal and external) to rectify any support tickets
• Provide communication with other Implementation team members, including shift and task scheduling
• Sign off on projects, providing wrap up and handover as per the project plan and task list
• Maintain your own development and onboarding plans, working with the Senior Associates and management team to achieve full exposure to all implementation project types
• Attend all internal departmental and training calls, actively participating in information sharing through approved channels

YOUR PROFILE

•  Superb communication skills (verbal and written)
• Independent work ethic and collaboration skills to work as part of a team
• Organization skills to ensure process improvement and implementation integrity
• To fulfil this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following qualifications:
• Professional experience in Technology or related field Hotel experience using Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems daily is a PLUS
• Bachelor’s Degree, or associate degree plus Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus Significant Technology related experience
• Consistent record of accomplishments executing customer’s standard operating procedures
• Shown success in a customer-facing environment (i.e.: through satisfaction scores)
• Preferred language skills – English, German, Swedish, Portuguese, Danish, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, French, Norwegian
