IT Support Consultant (with German)

Your role
You will provide day-to-day IT support for business applications, ensuring their availability and smooth operation. In this role, you will handle user requests, analyze incidents, perform basic debugging, and resolve standard technical issues. You will cooperate closely with users and technical teams, gaining practical experience with application environments and support processes. You can expect a structured work environment, clear responsibilities, and the opportunity to build and grow your IT support skills within an international organization.
Your tasks
- Providing comprehensive support for applications.
- Analyzing standard incidents and problems.
- Gaining experience and assistance in software deployment and release management.
Your profile
- You have a strong interest in pursuing a career in IT, even if you don't have prior experience.
- You possess MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel.
- You have good command of the English language.
- You have a minimum B1 level proficiency in the German language.
- You are open to flexible working hours.
- Prior experience working in large international organizations is considered advantageous.
