YOUR ROLE
Insights & Data is a thriving team of over 400 professionals focused on delivering advanced data-driven solutions. Our expertise lies in Cloud & Big Data engineering, where we build scalable architectures for processing large and complex datasets across AWS, Azure, and GCP. We manage the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), leveraging modern data frameworks, programming methodologies, and DevOps best practices to create impactful and efficient solutions.
As an IT Business Analyst you will work in an international Agile team using Software Development Life Cycle best practices and develop and enhance business applications tailored to client needs. Your responsibilities will include acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This will give an opportunity to gain exposure to modern tech and data-driven environments.
YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate software development across all SDLC phases
- Act as financial domain expert and main contact for business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
- Collaborate daily with developers, architects, QA, and product owners
- Lead business requirements analysis and cross-department negotiations
- Create and execute test plans (QA/UAT) with stakeholders
- Drive and report on data ingestion activities (classification, lineage, incidents)
- Document data requirements, mappings, and business rules
- Manage multiple ingestions in a fast-paced environment
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related analytical field
- Proven experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager in financial domain
- Fluent English (min. B2) – essential for international collaboration
- Strong analytical and documentation skills (user stories, Jira, Confluence)
- Experience in Agile delivery and cross-functional teamwork
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, and mockup tools
- Ability to conduct as-is/to-be impact analysis
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
- SQL knowledge and ability to read code is an asset
- Leadership or product ownership experience is a bonus
