YOUR TASKS
• Lead the strategic development of innovative global offerings across finance& accounting ensuring our solutions remain at the cutting edge of industry capabilities.
• Architect and champion compelling value propositions for business services transformation, demonstrating executive-level foresight in anticipating market evolution and client needs.
• Drive thought leadership by introducing transformative industry developments, particularly Generative AI, positioning our organization as the premier partner for advanced business transformation.
• Direct go-to-market strategy and high-value sales initiatives, orchestrating sophisticated lead generation, proposal development, and C-suite client engagement activities.
• Serve as the senior representative at prestigious industry forums and analyst meetings, enhancing our market position and cultivating new business opportunities.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, leveraging your executive network to create powerful alliances with clients, technology partners, and industry influencers.
YOUR PROFILE
• Strong leadership experience in business transformation, with a proven ability to plan and deliver meaningful organizational change.
• Solid track record in developing and selling transformation projects, showing success in winning significant client engagements.
• Deep knowledge of business services transformation, including advisory work, operational leadership, and implementing company-wide improvements.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tell compelling stories that resonate with senior executives.
• Experience in shaping and closing complex business deals with a history of successful transformation projects.
• Proven ability to develop innovative service offerings that deliver real results for clients.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Creative thinking approach to solve business challenges in fresh, effective ways.
• Fluent English (CEFR Grade C1/Advanced) for international business communication.
