Your Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, supporting them in managing daily operations, priorities, and communication. You will ensure smooth coordination across teams, handle complex administrative matters, and help drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining high standards of organization, discretion, and professionalism while contributing to effective business operations.

Your Tasks

  • Calendar management: Complex scheduling and coordination of meetings across time zones.
  • Travel arrangements: Organizing end-to-end business travel, including logistics and accommodation.
  • Executive support: Managing inbox, correspondence, and documentation flow.
  • Project coordination: Supporting project logistics, documentation, and status tracking.
  • Reporting: Preparing reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership.
  • Stakeholder communication: Acting as a liaison between executives, teams, and external partners.
  • Event management: Coordinating webinars, training, and corporate events.
  • Research & analysis: Conducting research and gathering insights to support business decisions.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in executive-level support within a dynamic, international corporate environment.
  • Advanced French (minimum C1) and strong English (minimum B2) language skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a track record of managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
  • Experience in project coordination and administrative process management.
  • Ability to work independently and support senior leadership in a dynamic environment.
