YOUR TEAM

The Capgemini Digital Customer Experience (DCX) helps global brands as well as public organizations to understand and implement the right mix of business focused digital capabilities and innovations following “Customer-First” approach to address both organization and customer needs.  
Our teams of developers are responsible for end-to-end enterprise application development process using various the newest technologies such as: Angular-based front-end, Microsoft Power Platform or Salesforce. Our Teams are highly independent, capable in Agile Process and Lean Software Engineering practices.

YOUR TASKS

• understanding and documenting business and IT requirements related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations based on industry standards;
• designing, estimating, and implementing projects in Dynamics 365/Power Platform technologies for international clients; 
• support in daily operations of the Dynamics 365/Power Platform team; 
• assisting in monitoring and maintaining data quality in the system; 
• support application configuration; 
• be up to date on the latest features and updates in the Dynamics 365/Power Platform from business perspective and what standard components are capable of doing;
• participation in extracurricular activities such as a mentorship program, Dynamics 365/Power Platform Community. 

YOUR PROFILE

• currently enrolled in at least the 6th semester of a science (computer science, mathematics), engineering or business/economics degree program; 
• expect to work 100% in the summer break; 
• readiness to learn Microsoft technology’s; 
• basic understanding process modeling (UML, BPMN, or EPC) and relational database modeling (SQL); 
• basic knowledge of the Power Platform or any CRM platform is preferred; 
• good communicational and interpersonal skills;
• good command of the English language - at least B2+ level preferred (German or another European language is nice-to-have); 
• self-direction and proactive engagement; 
• strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
