Business Analyst (with German)

YOUR TEAM:

Our development teams build and develop software based on the maximum and intelligent use of Java technology. We support world leaders in the automotive, manufacturing, commercial, distribution, telecommunications, energy and public sectors.  

We cooperate with experienced experts from all over the world, which provides a wide opportunity to deepen technical and business knowledge. It also allows you to acquire professional programming competences while maintaining the Clean Code principle. 

YOUR TASKS:

  • understanding customers' business needs; 
  • defining business requirements in a systematic form of user stories; 
  • documenting elicited requirements (Diagrams, models, schemes); 
  • supporting development teams in terms of functional requirements; 
  • taking responsibility for the business side of the implemented functionalities; 
  • communicating with the customer regarding implemented/planned requirements; 
  • facilitating development team meetings and meetings with the client. 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • responsibility and self-organization; 
  • ability to learn and proactive attitude to work; 
  • high communication
  • flexibility, skills and logical thinking; 
  • experience in a requirements analysis role; 
  • good knowledge of English (B1+) and German (B1+); 
  • understanding agile software development and experience in business analysis in IT projects; 
  • experience in working with an external or internal client and the ability to work with a team of programmers.
