YOUR PROJECT

Data engineers are responsible for building reliable and scalable data infrastructure that enables organizations to derive meaningful insights, make data-driven decisions, and unlock the value of their data assets.

Join our Insights & Data team — a community of professionals delivering impactful Business Intelligence and Data Engineering solutions. We work on global projects, leveraging modern ETL tools, data visualization technologies, and best practices in data engineering. Our approach is rooted in collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering real business value

YOUR TASKS

• Design, implement, and optimize ETL processes and data warehousing solutions.
• Create physical and logical data models based on star and snowflake schemas.
• Tune database performance for efficiency and scalability.
• Gather requirements and propose technical solutions in collaboration with the client.
• Participate in testing and deployment of BI solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid hands-on experience in DWH and BI projects, with a proven track record of delivering data solutions in commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter, SAP Data Services, Talend, IBM InfoSphere DataStage, Ab Initio).
• Familiarity with at least one relational database system (e.g., Oracle, Teradata, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., SAP Business Objects, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, OBIEE).
• Practical understanding of software and data engineering best practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and a quick learner.
• Motivated, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills in English or German.
