Your Role

  • Work on SAP SD along with AIC (Application Interface Framework) for error handling and monitoring
  • Configure and support Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including order management, pricing, billing, and delivery
  • Handle AIF configurations for interface monitoring, error tracking, and reprocessing
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams for IDoc/interface-related issues
  • Participate in implementation, rollout, and support projects

Your Profile

  • 6–9 years of experience in SAP SD with exposure to AIC/AIF
  • Strong knowledge of OTC cycle including sales order, delivery, billing, and pricing
  • Hands-on experience in IDocs, interfaces, and AIF error handling
  • Good understanding of integration with MM, FI modules
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
