Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead / Solution Architect

Your Role
- Participate in S/4Hana assessments, outline finance business challenges and opportunities and turn this into SAP value opportunities, solutions and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Build trusted client relationships with client finance executives and provide strategic advice and expertise to clients on SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, performance management, and Treasury.
- Serving as overall program finance lead, ensuring successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance and controlling solutions in alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP S/4HANA Finance with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, WM, PM) and external systems.
- Lead finance teams and mentor junior consultants, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends, the latest developments in SAP S/4HANA Finance, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance service delivery.
Your Profile
- Experienced finance lead and/or solution architect with proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and optimizations within global organizations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA consultant.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and the ability to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
