Your role
Are you passionate about using data and AI to drive innovation and create real sustainability impact? As a consultant, you’ll work with one of our major automotive clients, where data is reshaping everything from product development to connected services. You will design and deliver end‑to‑end ML solutions and AI products that improve safety, efficiency, and customer experience across the client’s global operations.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Deliver real client and end‑customer value by translating business challenges into well‑defined ML problems, defining success metrics, and delivering impactful solutions.
- Own the full ML/AI product lifecycle, including designing, building, deploying, and operating production‑grade systems with CI/CD, monitoring, versioning, and observability.
- Monitor and optimize model performance by tracking drift, evaluating results, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify when models need updates or redesign—ensuring governance, quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate and uplift others through knowledge sharing, mentoring, code reviews, documentation, and cross‑functional teamwork to strengthen both client and internal capabilities.
Your profile
- Strong Machine Learning & Data Science expertise: You bring hands‑on experience in applied ML/AI, including statistics, experimentation, feature engineering, drift detection, classification, anomaly detection, reinforcement learning, NLP, explainable AI, and risk/fraud modelling. Experience with LLMs for text analysis is a plus.
- Solid Engineering & MLOps skills: You are proficient in Azure, Databricks, Python, SQL, Git, and modern MLOps practices (Azure Pipelines, Databricks Jobs, observability, Docker). You value clean, maintainable code and follow best practices in testing, documentation, reproducibility, and infrastructure as code.
- Collaborative, adaptive, and impact‑driven: You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and thrive in dynamic environments. You communicate clearly, work well with multidisciplinary teams, enjoy both learning and sharing knowledge, and contribute positively to a culture built on trust, co‑creation, and curiosity.
- Domain knowledge: Experience in automotive or vehicle data, or in quality and warranty analytics, is beneficial but not required.
What we believe you will enjoy about working here
- Flexibility that works for you - remote options and flexible hours to support a healthy work-life balance.
- Continuous career growth - we offer diverse, personalized development pathways and programs tailored to your ambitions.
- We partner with names such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon and Databricks, which can equip you with valuable certifications in the latest technologies in line with your ambitions.
