PLM Solution Architect

Your Role
We’re looking for Senior Solution Architects with experience from Teamcenter, 3DExperience or Windchill, who can bring value to the team and work as a key resource in our PLM projects. You will act as a creator of architectural design, defining system requirements and use cases to address overall business requirements, ensuring that the technical solution remains aligned and delivers value throughout any project.
• Lead customer project delivery activities and conduct requirements gathering workshops
• Design and communicate high/low-level architecture for PLM and associated systems
• Collaborate with Capgemini teams, software vendors, and customers to propose solutions
• Guide onsite/offshore teams and ensure deliverables meet expectations
• Support pre-sales activities including demos and budgetary proposals
Your Profile
• University degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering
• Expertise in Teamcenter, 3DExperience or Windchill implementations
• 4+ years of experience working in a Nordic country
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
• Swedish work permit or Swedish citizenship
It is considered an advantage if you have proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience with coding languages and tools such as Java, JSP, MQL, EKL, and Widgets is highly valued. Familiarity with data migration processes, CAD tools, and integrations between PLM, CAD, and ERP systems will strengthen your profile. Additionally, having worked in multi-cultural and distributed project teams is beneficial.
