Fullstack developer with AI-experience

About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer with AI Experience at Capgemini in Gothenburg, you will play a key role in designing and building next-generation digital solutions. You will combine hands-on development with technical leadership and work closely with clients on exciting projects where innovation, business value, and AI are in focus.

In this role, you will play a key role in:
•    Developing and delivering modern full stack solutions with high quality, scalability, and security.
•    Driving technical direction and contributing to architecture and design decisions.
•    Acting as a Tech Lead and supporting team members through mentoring and best practices.
•    Building and integrating AI-powered capabilities using technologies such as Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Generative AI, and AI agents.

Your Profile
•    An experienced developer who thrives where technology, business, and leadership come together, with experience leading teams or acting as a Tech Lead.
•    Strong expertise in Angular, HTML, CSS, Azure, and experience building modern cloud-native applications.
•    Experience with Node.js, .NET, and an interest in or hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI-powered solutions, or intelligent automation.
•    A strong communicator who is comfortable engaging with both clients and development teams, with excellent Swedish and English language skills.
