YOUR ROLE 
In the Accelerate program, you will experience continuous growth with the flexibility to advance through specialized training and certifications, ensuring that your skills remain sharp and relevant. The Accelerate program includes tailored training to enhance your leadership skills, along with mentorship opportunities from experienced leaders at Capgemini. You will also receive training in salesmanship to enhance our ability to support customers during their digital transformation.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our partners, leading industry giants such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Salesforce, MuleSoft, PEGA, Adobe, BluePrism and UiPath. Engage in innovative projects that will immerse you in the latest technologies and methodologies.
Explore diverse roles across various sectors and gain invaluable global exposure by working on international projects, with teams from around the world!

YOUR PROFILE 
•    Three to six years of full-time working experience within IT
•    Relevant academic degree 
•    The ambition to grow within your selected area 
•    As a participant in Accelerate, you should be proactive, adopt a consultative mindset and willing to get the future you want 
•    Experience as a consultant is preferred
•    Swedish fluent language skills are preferred
