Business Analyst - Pharma & Clinical IT

As a Business Analyst in our Compliance, Quality, and Regulatory team, you will drive impactful projects within the pharmaceutical and clinical domains. Collaborating with clients, including leading pharmaceutical companies, you will help design patient-centric, compliant, and efficient digital solutions that enhance clinical trials and planning processes. You will play a key role in capturing business needs, defining requirements, and aligning project outcomes with strategic objectives.
In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams, including Capgemini consultants and client stakeholders, to ensure business requirements are met while complying with regulatory standards and industry best practices. Your analytical mindset and leadership skills will be vital in managing business analysis activities, stakeholder communication, and project outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your Profile
Required Experience:
• A degree in business, IT, engineering, or related fields.
• Extensive experience in business analysis within the pharmaceutical or clinical IT domains.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with large-scale transformation programs, including business requirement gathering and process analysis.
• Proficiency in managing requirements for clinical IT systems, such as patient consent workflows.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Meritorious:
• Previous experience in the Life Science industry.
• Knowledge of digital health solutions, clinical data management, or informed consent processes.
• Strong skills in project management, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including GDPR and clinical trial compliance standards.
Management and Leadership Skills:
• Experience leading business analysis activities in cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate workshops.
• Strong project management and change management capabilities.
