Your role 

In this role, you'll tackle diverse tasks, gaining valuable expertise across multiple areas. You'll build broad competence, opening many career opportunities. As part of an engaged team, you'll collaborate to solve complex support issues with strong peer support. You can enhance your skills through IFS Academy certifications.

As a Application Consultant, you'll expand your knowledge in Capgemini’s target segments and IFS functionalities, sharing insights with customers and colleagues. Capgemini is strategically expanding its IFS capacity in the Nordics through a close partnership with IFS, aiming to be the No.1 IFS Partner in Europe.

In this position you will play a key role in:

Map customers’ business processes to business systems/applications, answer their queries, resolve issues, and offer advice in improving their solutions

Interacting with customers and helping them find solutions as well as suggesting enhancements to improve their processes

Your profile  

• Degree, preferably or relevant professional qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IFS or similar business applications
• Solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for technology, business processes and customer support
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn, a proactive approach and ability to adapt quickly to new processes and procedures
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Knowledge of PL/SQL/REST will be an added advantage

Note: You need to be based in Sweden and proficiency in Swedish to be considered for the role.
