The Strategic AI Product Director is a senior level executive role, driving business impact and securing the AI product goals and objectives for Group IT’s key stakeholders.

Your role:

Strategic Leadership
Vision & Roadmap Development
•    Architect the future of Capgemini’s internal digital landscape—designing a blueprint that empowers people and drives transformation.
•    Define and champion a product vision that aligns with strategic business goals and long-term value creation.
•    Lead the development and evolution of the AI product roadmap, ensuring relevance, scalability, and innovation.

Stakeholder Partnership
•    Engage and influence senior leadership across geographies and functions.
•    Foster strong partnerships with country leaders, business architects, and engineering teams to co-create solutions that matter.

Value Creation
•    Identify high-impact AI use cases that deliver measurable business outcomes.
•    Evaluate strategic initiatives through a lens of feasibility, ROI, and long-term sustainability.

Operational Excellence
Product Execution & Delivery
•    Own and manage the product backlog with clarity and precision.
•    Ensure user stories are inclusive, actionable, and aligned with AI capabilities.

Agile Leadership
•    Championing agile ways of working, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
•    Lead cross-functional delivery teams, stepping in with hands-on leadership when needed.
•    Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain momentum and quality.
•    Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout execution.

Quality & Validation
•    Define success metrics and acceptance criteria for AI features.
•    Validate model outputs to ensure they meet business expectations and ethical standards.
